Before You Book
Please read these conditions before confirming your stay, surf lessons, yoga classes, transfers or activities with Imsouane Sea Surf Camp.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed after we receive the agreed deposit and send you written confirmation by WhatsApp or email.
Payment
A deposit is required to secure your stay. The remaining balance is normally paid on arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
Ocean Conditions
Surf lessons and activities depend on waves, wind, tides and safety. Schedules may change for guest safety.
Your Data
We only use your details to manage your booking, contact you, and improve your stay at the surf camp.
Booking Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to direct bookings made with Imsouane Sea Surf Camp through our website, WhatsApp, email or social media.
1. Booking and confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required deposit and send written confirmation. Guests are responsible for checking that names, dates, package details and accommodation choices are correct.
2. Deposit and payment
A deposit may be requested to secure your room, apartment, surf package or activity. The remaining balance is paid on arrival or according to the booking confirmation. Payment methods may include PayPal, cash or another agreed method.
3. Cancellation and changes
Cancellations and date changes must be requested as early as possible by WhatsApp or email. Deposits are used to secure limited rooms, apartments and surf camp places. Refunds or date changes are subject to availability, timing, and the specific agreement made at booking.
4. No-show and early departure
If a guest does not arrive, arrives late, or leaves early, unused nights, lessons or activities may not be refundable unless agreed in writing by the camp.
Camp Rules & Guest Responsibility
5. Surf lessons and safety
Surfing is an ocean activity and involves natural risks. Guests must follow the instructions of surf instructors, respect safety rules, and inform us about relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies or swimming limitations.
6. Weather and ocean conditions
Surf schedules may change depending on waves, tides, wind and safety. We cannot guarantee specific wave size, surf quality or weather. If conditions are unsafe, activities may be moved, adapted or rescheduled.
7. Accommodation rules
Guests must respect quiet hours, shared spaces, rooms, apartments, equipment and other guests. Any damage, lost keys or misuse of property may be charged to the guest.
8. Transfers and activities
Airport transfers and extra activities are not automatically included unless clearly stated in your package. Please send flight details in advance if you request a transfer.
9. Photos and media
We may take photos or videos during activities for memories and promotion. Guests can tell us if they do not want to appear in photos or social media content.
